Log in to your account and create your surveys by typing in questions and response options into our on-screen form. You have complete control over the look-and-feel of your surveys by changing color schemes, font styles and sizes and including your organization's logo. More complex branching and skip logic functions are also available. ZipSurvey™ is also one of the only applications to support multi-lingual surveys (double-byte characters). |

Once your surveys are created, you can administer them using our secured email deployment tools. You
can personalize the invitations to come from anyone's email address and can use our 'unique keys' functionality to block respondents from taking a survey more than one time. You can also track who has and has not completed your survey using the participant tracking tools. You can send reminder emails only to those respondents who have not completed a survey. |

You can watch as your results come in using our real-time results viewer. You can also generate real-time
item frequency reports. Our reporting tools also allow you to create custom chart styles including bar, column, line, pie and funnel charts and graphs. You can filter the results of your survey by one or multiple questions for more in-depth examination and export raw data files to MS Excel, or export data files for analysis in (additional cost). |
