This month’s survey deals with applicant tracking systems – or ATS’s, as they are fondly referred to. These systems have quickly become a standard part of the online staffing process and while they provide many advantages, they also bring with them many complexities. Maximizing the value of an ATS has become a significant challenge for many staffing departments. We hope this survey will help us to better understand how staffing professionals feel about the value of their ATS. Note: Your privacy is important to us.
