The purpose of this questionnaire is to identity broad themes to be further addressed by assessment methodologies that align with newly constructed strategic plans
The survey is anonymous and confidential. Individual responses will be held in the strictest confidence. The completed responses will only be seen by McKnight Associates, an outside firm that for more than 20 years has specialized in conducting surveys for institutions of higher education, and surveys dozens of organizations each year.
No results will be generated for any survey grouping having fewer than 5 participants to ensure that anonymity is maintained.
