We want to add special instructions above a question on our survey, how is this done?

First, you will go to the Questions page on your survey which is accessed on the My Survey screen. You will then select New Question and choose your question type. All ZipSurvey question types have a field called Question Instructions. You can add text in this field that will appear above your question on the survey.
