Send Unique Keys (check-box): Often, when conducting surveys we are concerned about preventing individuals from taking the survey more than once. By checking this box, each survey taker will be provided with a unique URL in their invitation e-mail. Upon submitting the survey, the survey taker will be blocked if he/she attempts to access the survey a second time using this URL.
