Survey Links Help

(Create Links) This feature enables you to create a designated number of unique keys. Unique keys are utilized to prevent survey respondents from completing a survey more than 1 (one) time. Upon completing the survey, if a survey respondent attempts to re-enter the survey, he/she is blocked from doing so. This feature is also available using the Email Invitations screen. However, you must have a corresponding e-mail address for each unique key sent using this feature on the Email Invitations screen.

Often, you may encounter a situation where not every survey respondent has an e-mail address or access to a personal computer. Often our clients designate PC work-stations or Kiosks where the survey may be taken. Create Links may be used to create unique keys that can be given to survey respondents on a business card, or by other means by their supervisors, survey administrators, etc. Simply designate the number of unique keys you wish to generate and click on the ‘Submit’ button. The unique keys are displayed on the screen and can be copied and pasted into other e-mail programs serving as a link to the survey.
