MTI 2027 Application

Application Guidelines

1. Applicant must be an employee (full time or part time) of a NEFLIN member library.
2. Ideal candidates will have less than 5 years of supervisory or management experience. 
3. The application must be completed and submitted by October 30, 2026.
4. An appointed Committee will review applications and choose participants for the program. Selection will be based on the following criteria:
   1. Application is complete and received by the deadline date.
   2. Appropriateness of the certificate to applicant’s position.
   3. Assessment of applicant’s statement explaining the need and benefit of certification to themselves and their organization.
5. Applicants will be notified of their status of acceptance by November 20, 2026.
6. The program begins in January 2027.
